Job Description :

Create weekly/monthly and quarterly social media platform plans based on marketing strategy.Creative social media platform content regarding marketing plan.Develop, implement, and manage multiple social media platforms.Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, and messaging, and audience identification.Generate, edit, publish, and share daily content that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company’s social content Up-to-date with social media trends and best practices.Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules.Set specific objectives and report on ROI.Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics.Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.Remove, manage, and report any inappropriate problems.Maintaining social media presence across all digital channels.Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.Manage the relationship with our Affiliate Marketing partners.Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.Developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote a company and its products and/or services.Enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers.Generate, edit, publish, and share daily content that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.Executing campaigns across a variety of platforms, including Facebook, YouTube, Twitter and LINKED IN.Implement best practices for copy, creative, and audience targeting with oversight from the Director of Paid Strategy.Collecting and evaluating customer feedback data.Evaluating competitor’s Digital Marketing strategies and creating plans to overtake them.Media buying

Job Requirements :

5 years’ experience in real estate companies.Good in writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills.Passion in working at social networking and social analytics tools.Knowledge of online marketing and excellent understanding of major marketing channels.Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.Excellent command in English both writing & speaking.BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, Media, Public Relations or any related field.
