Job Description:Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy through market analysis, platform selection, performance benchmarking, strategic messaging, and target audience profiling.
Generate, curate, and disseminate engaging content (text, images, video, or HTML) to foster meaningful community engagement and drive desired user actions.
Establish and optimize organizational profiles across relevant social media platforms to enhance the visibility of company-generated content.
Administer user-generated content according to established community moderation policies.
Construct editorial calendars and content distribution schedules to ensure consistent and strategic content delivery.
Continuously refine social media strategies through the systematic collection, analysis, and application of relevant data, metrics, insights, and best practices.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., customer relations, sales) to manage online reputation, identify key influencers, and coordinate strategic initiatives.
Skills:
- Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist
- Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
- Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO and SEO
- Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
- Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability
- Fluency in English
- BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations
