Job Description:**Implementation of Social Media Strategy:**

Formulate and execute a comprehensive social media strategy encompassing competitive analysis, platform selection, performance benchmarking, message development, and target audience identification. Generate, curate, and disseminate engaging content (text, images, video, or HTML) on a daily basis to foster meaningful connections and drive community member engagement. Establish and optimize company profiles across all relevant platforms to enhance the visibility of organizational content. Administer user-generated content according to established moderation policies for each respective community. Develop editorial calendars and syndication schedules to ensure consistent content delivery. Continuously refine strategies by capturing and analyzing relevant social data, metrics, insights, and best practices, subsequently implementing data-driven improvements. Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., customer relations, sales) to manage brand reputation, identify key influencers, and coordinate strategic initiatives.
