Job Description

A successful Social Media Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and engage with our target audience. They will create and curate compelling content, manage social media accounts, and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices, as well as excellent communication and creative skills.


  1. Create and execute social media strategies to achieve marketing goals
  2. Manage and maintain social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube
  3. Develop engaging and shareable content, such as text, image, and video posts
  4. Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media platforms
  5. Perform market research to identify trends, insights, and opportunities
  6. Analyze key metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize reach and engagement
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure social media campaigns align with overall marketing objectives
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  2. Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic
  4. Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices
  5. Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms
  6. Ability to create and curate compelling content that resonates with the target audience
  7. Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles
  8. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
