Social media management – creating, managing and brands presence through blogs, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, and other strategically relevant online properties.Customer relations – answering questions however they come in (Facebook, Twitter, e-mail… etc.) and managing any online feedback forms. Provoking conversations – creating and provoking worthy conversations with the community. Knowledge base – building a knowledge base for each client frequently asked questions. Measurement and reporting– Using Social media applications and other measurement tools to provide reports on metrics, and continually find ways to improve on those metrics through testing and new initiatives.

Job Requirements :

Marketing Major Graduate Language school graduates is a must.Years of Experience: 0-2 years.Basic social media/ marketing knowledge. Proficiency in using MS Office application. Strong verbal communication skills. Demonstrates a positive, enthusiastic, friendly attitude. Must be able to work well under pressure. Punctual and responsible.
