Moderate social media accounts in various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Website & application
Review, monitor, and respond to all generated content through comments, messages.
Maintain the Moderation Guidelines and ensure they are up to date
follow up & Provide customer support, processing complaints, and feedback from clients.
Collaborate & escalate issues when necessary to other departments
Produce reports & Regularly feedback insights, issues and outcomes
Responsible for entering all clients’ Information & requires on CRM system.

Minimum 1 year experience.
Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels
Positive attitude, detail and clients oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
Ability to work after the shift.

Good communication skills.
Good writing skills in both “Arabic – English” languages.
Working hours: 9 am: 5 pm
