**Role Synopsis**
The Social Media Marketing Specialist will play a pivotal role in the execution of our digital marketing strategy. The incumbent will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies designed to engage target audiences across a diverse range of social media platforms. This position is integral to enhancing brand visibility, stimulating audience engagement, and contributing to the attainment of overarching marketing objectives.
**Primary Responsibilities:**
In this capacity, the Social Media Marketing Specialist will collaborate within the Marketing department to execute the following responsibilities:
* Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with overarching business objectives.
* Oversee the management and maintenance of the organization’s social media profiles and presence across platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
* Create engaging, creative, and innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, designed to inform audiences and promote brand-centric messaging to cultivate and engage a growing follower base.
* Monitor, engage, and respond to users in a timely and appropriate manner, cultivating leads and driving sales initiatives.
* Analyze key performance indicators and modify strategies as necessary to optimize results.
* Collaborate with internal departments to manage organizational reputation, identify key stakeholders, and coordinate strategic actions.
* Manage social media advertising campaigns, encompassing budgeting, audience targeting, creative development, and performance tracking.
* Monitor competitor activities and industry trends within the social media landscape to identify opportunities for growth and market differentiation.
* Maintain current awareness of emerging technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and relevant applications.
* Develop compelling, structured content tailored for LinkedIn audiences, including articles, posts, and updates designed to stimulate interaction and drive lead generation.
* Stay abreast of the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, incorporating them into our strategy where appropriate.
* Coordinate with influencers to create compelling social media content that resonates with our target audience and strengthens brand presence.
* Oversee the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform, ensuring efficient data management and effective customer interactions to drive engagement and retention.
* Manage customer service email communications, providing timely and professional responses to inquiries to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Skills:
- Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist.
- An eye for aesthetics.
- Excellent consulting, writing, and presentation skills.
- Proven experience with video editing software and creating engaging social media reels.
- Proficient in editing short clips, incorporating sound, and enhancing video content for maximum impact.
- Strong communication and organizational skills to effectively collaborate with influencers and manage customer interactions.
- Demonstrable social networking experience and knowledge of social analytics tools.
- Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels.
- Positive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
