The Social Media Manager is accountable for the comprehensive oversight of social media performance and presence for clients, guaranteeing the effective planning, execution, and management of campaigns designed to cultivate and sustain robust online relationships with designated target audiences. This position entails close collaboration with clients (within Egypt, the regional sphere, and the international arena) or internal stakeholders, encompassing content creation management, performance monitoring, and the optimization of strategies to enhance engagement and brand recognition across diverse platforms.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Serve as the principal liaison for internal departments and external clients concerning social media campaigns and activities.
* Comprehend and align social media strategies with the objectives and goals of relevant stakeholders.
* Present social media plans, campaign outcomes, and performance analyses to stakeholders on a regular basis.
* Develop and implement social media strategies to promote events and initiatives across platforms including, but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
* Administer content calendars, ensuring the timely dissemination of pertinent material to engage target audiences.
* Collaborate with content creators, designers, and videographers to produce captivating and informative content.
* Supervise the creation and curation of content tailored to each platform, maintaining consistency with the brand’s voice and messaging.
* Work in conjunction with design and content teams to develop visuals, videos, and copy that resonate with current and prospective students.
* Ensure the appropriate tagging, linking, and promotion of content to maximize visibility and reach.
* Propose innovative strategies and content concepts based on industry trends and audience preferences.
Skills:
- Proven work experience as a Social media manager
- Hands on experience in content management
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
- Solid knowledge of Social Media, SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
- Knowledge of online marketing channels
- Familiarity with web design
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical and multitasking skills
- BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
