JoynTrips is a dynamic group trips company specializing in providing luxury experiences for travelers worldwide. We are seeking a talented and passionate Social Media Manager to join our marketing team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the overall marketing plan and brand objectives
- Create, curate, and publish engaging and relevant content for JoynTrips social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
- Engage with customers and followers on social media, responding to inquiries, comments, and reviews in a timely and professional manner
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed
- Collaborate with other members of the marketing team and cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends and tools, and identify opportunities for innovation and growth
- Manage the social media budget, including planning and executing paid social media campaigns
Skills
- 3+ years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in the travel or luxury goods industry
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to create visually appealing content using design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Proven track record of successful social media campaigns and engagement
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
