Job Description

– Building and implementing a clear strategy for managing, developing and increasing the popularity of the platform’s social media accounts, in light of specific data and results of competitor studies and user needs analysis.

– Identify and draw the characteristics of the company’s image on different social media platforms according to the company’s background, culture, field of work, and target audience.

– Lead the designer and video editor to produce unique content that enhances the platform’s branding and reach, which broadens the Pages’ follower base and increases engagement.

– Schedule content to be published throughout the day.

– Manage paid advertising campaigns and work to improve them based on data.

– Continuous improvement through data analysis to identify the factors affecting growth and spread and focus on them.

– Collaborate with different departments, especially customer service and marketing, to meet different needs.
