Interpret and implement construction drawings, specifications, and technical documentation with precision. Monitor work progress, quality standards, and safety compliance throughout all project phases. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration with project managers, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to optimize workflow and resolve on-site issues. Conduct routine site inspections and generate comprehensive progress reports for executive review. Supervise the installation and testing of materials, equipment, and systems in accordance with project specifications. Enforce strict adherence to all relevant building codes, regulations, and organizational policies. Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks or delays, recommending viable solutions to sustain project momentum. Manage site resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to maximize operational efficiency. Maintain meticulous records of all site activities, modifications, and incidents for thorough project documentation and future reference.
