Actively track suppliers and subcontractors and aid in the bidding processManage all contract documentationAssist Construction Managers with the Change Order and Back Charge processAssist with the pay application process and construction accountingCoordinate construction punch list compilation and distribution with Construction Managers, Property Management and suppliers / subcontractorsMonitor all site budgets Act as Treasury Tracker for the site Responsible for distributing budgets in the site.Revise and monitor suppliers’ work in the site.
Job Requirements :
Bachelor’s Degree, Finance/AccountancyProfessional experience (5 – 7 years)Excellent verbal and written communication skills Computer Skills.Strong business sense and industry expertiseEnglish proficiency is a must .26 work days 4 days off
