Showroom Salesman

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Showroom Salesman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for furniture and home decor, with a strong background in sales and customer service. As a Showroom Salesman, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, assisting them in selecting the perfect furniture and home decor items for their needs. You will also be responsible for achieving sales targets, maintaining the showroom environment, and staying up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge.

Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers as they enter the showroom and provide assistance
2. Understand customer needs and guide them in selecting the right furniture and home decor items
3. Provide product information and answer any questions or concerns
4. Recommend additional products or accessories to enhance the customer’s purchase
5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge
6. Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment
7. Process customer orders and handle payment transactions
8. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any issues
9. Achieve monthly sales targets
10. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall showroom goals

Preferred Candidate:

1. Prior experience in furniture or home decor sales
2. Strong customer service and communication skills
3. Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
4. Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills

6. Ability to work well in a team environment
7. Knowledge of furniture and home decor styles, materials, and brands
8. Basic computer skills
9. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
