On behalf of our client, who is a premium Chocolate, we are looking for an experienced Shop Manager who will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and delightful operation of the chocolate store and will be responsible for leading a team of passionate associates, maintaining the store’s visual appeal, and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Lead and supervise the daily operations of the chocolate store.
- Hire, train, and mentor a team of sales associates to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Maintain an inviting and well-organized store environment, ensuring visual merchandising standards are met.
- Monitor and meet sales targets through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory, including ordering and replenishing chocolate products.
- Enforce health and safety regulations, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports, proposing improvements to enhance store profitability.
- Participate in product knowledge training to become an expert on our chocolates.
- Previous experience in retail management, preferably in a specialty food or confectionery store.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
