Organizing shift schedules for team membersMonitoring attendance, tardiness and time offAssigning duties to specific employees based on role and skillsSupervising employees and assisting with tasks as necessaryConducting performance reviews and sharing feedback with both upper management and team membersManaging employees requests and transgressionsTraining new and current team members on tasksHandling customer issues and managing conflictsAdhering to company policies and health, safety and employment standardsBalancing cash drawers and preparing cash deposits

Job Requirements :

To have more than 5 years of experience in the same field. To have good English level.
