We are currently looking for technically competent & performance driven Service Advisor to work with Global Aftersales in Abu Dhabi. Service Advisors are the first contact for customers in the Workshop; they are the image builder for the Service Department and present a picture of faith and confidence.
It is the responsibility of the Service Advisor to ensure the condition of the vehicle is thoroughly checked and discrepancies noted and communicated to customers. You will record any customer requests and ensure proper delivery of the vehicle. You will clearly communicate to the customer the jobs carried out. You will qualify and confirm customer complaints and provide advice about vehicle repair, repair duration and warranty. You will ensure effective personal and telephonic communication with customers regarding charges, approvals and negotiations alongside achieving monthly financial targets set for labour hours, parts and other sales.
The ideal candidates will have the following qualifications, skills and experience:
- Diploma or Degree in Technical school / Certificate/ Diploma in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in the automotive industry or similar role.
- A broad based knowledge to service as a reliable consultant is absolutely essential for this role
- Able to provide up-to-date technical information in response to customer inquiries.
