Job Description :
Prepare and handling daily Trade Finance transactions.Handling day to day operation activities with banks and follow up the execution.Maintaining the filling process to facilitate the management, other business units, and internal and external auditor’s access to old Transactions.Assist other business unit by sharing Daily, weekly and monthly reports regarding executed and pending Banking transactions.Performing tasks relating to IDCS & LCs in the most effective and efficient manner resulting in the lowest cost , highest level of quality and ensuring that the related financial and operational risks are mitigated.Process transactions for issuing IDCS, LCs, amendment, cancellation, lodgment of claims and payments within the limit as per the credit policy.Follow-up with retail & finance team to execute bank transfers to meet supplier’s payment on a timely manner as per our agreements.Process transactions relating to advising, amendment and cancellation of IDCS/ LG/LC in compliance with bank’s policies and procedures.
Job Requirements :
Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting.4 years experience in foreign trade operations relating to guarantees, Import letters of credit.High attention to details and the ability to mulit-task.Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.strong experience in letter of guarantees & LCs .SAP User is a plusStrong negotiation skillsFamiliar with different rules & regulations of central banks and other financial Institutions
