Job Description :

Study all tender documentsPrepare a project briefPrepare and compile the BOQ in accordance with Tender instructionsCompare and contrast between tender specifications and drawingsAttend tender site visit and prepare reportContact suppliers and subcontractors for offerComparative analysis between different offersNegotiate and reach agreements with suppliers and subcontractorsCompile a list of suppliers and subcontractors categorized with remarks, history and reliabilityTo be the company’s internal contact point for the client during the inquiry and bidding processPresent the company profile for prospective clientsPresent the company during any phase of the tendering and bidding process

Job Requirements :

Bachelor of Civil or Architectural Engineering3-5 years’ work experience in Tendering Department in the Fit Out or construction industryExperience in Construction, Finishing, and Fit-out projectsComputer literacy in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, AutoCAD and PrimaveraGood command of the English Language (Written and Spoken)Time management and abiding by strict deadlinesExcellent Communication SkillsExcellent Organization SkillsExcellent negotiation skills
