**Opportunity:**

Tether seeks a talented and experienced individual to contribute to impactful product launches within a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of technology, excellent stakeholder management abilities, and the capacity to guide cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle. This individual will collaborate with developers, designers, and leadership to define product roadmaps, align on requirements, and launch new products.

**Responsibilities:**

* Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to delivery and post-launch analysis.
* Define user stories, acceptance criteria, perform backlog management and workflows for development teams.
* Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable product requirements.
* Evaluate technical solutions and prioritize features based on technical feasibility, business impact, and customer value.
* Conduct comprehensive market research, including customer discovery, to understand the product’s value proposition.
* Collaborate with developers, designers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, validate solutions, and ensure successful delivery.
* Ensure product features are delivered on time and meet established quality standards; organize testing and feedback loops.

**Qualifications:**

* A minimum of five years of product management experience, with at least three years in a technical product management role.
* Demonstrated expertise in agile methodologies (e.g., Jira, Asana).
* Strong understanding of microservices, peer-to-peer systems, and JavaScript.
* Excellent communication skills for effectively bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment.
* Proficiency in defining, tracking, and reporting on product KPIs to measure success; expertise in A/B testing or similar experimentation methods is desirable.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Experience leading AI and peer-to-peer (P2P) projects.
* Hands-on development experience with JavaScript (e.g., frameworks like Node.js, React, or Angular).
