Job Description :

The SEO / SEM Specialist will manage and execute search strategies for clients across a variety of industries, using both paid search and organic tactics.
The specialist will devise content strategies, research, and test keywords, manage Pay-Per-Click campaigns, analyze click-through data, and identify synergies between SEO and SEM to inform both strategies


Review and analyze company and clients’ sites for areas of improvement
Develop keyword and contextual search strategies
Manage pay-per-click campaigns
Write effective headlines, copy, and websites
Develop relationships with industry publications and bloggers
Understand the use of landing pages and how to write effective call-to-action
Work with analytics team to strategize on ways to improve and track site performance
Stay up to date with SEO blogs and best practices, using resources like SEMRush and Google Search Console
Manage outreach and link-building efforts to drive visibility within search engines
Take key concepts and extrapolate to metrics and reporting
Work within cross-functional teams and integrate SEM campaigns and SEO approach within all applicable client online media campaigns
Manage campaign budgets and forecasts
Optimizing copy and landing pages for search engine optimization
Performing ongoing keyword research including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities
Researching and implementing content recommendations for organic SEO success
Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns
Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies.
Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing
Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization
Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations
Research and analyze competitor advertising links
Develop and implement link building strategy
Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code
Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming
Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords

Job Requirements :

At least 4-7 years of sales and marketing in the software industry and SEO.Proven work experience as a Digital media specialist or Digital marketing managerExperience and high skills in the work platforms (Snape Chat – Instagram- Facebook – Twitter – Email Marketing – Google Adwords ads)Experience with visual communication principlesFamiliarity with web design and content management systemsExcellent analytical and project management skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsBSc degree in Marketing, Digital media or relevant fieldAdditional qualification in web design or animation is a plusSpecialist in Search Engine Optimization SEOSpecialist in Email marketingExperience in dealing with accounting and administrative programs and CRM programs and direct and indirect marketing.Excellent level of speaking & Written English Communication Skills, Computer Literate.Have extensive experience in marketing and selling accounting and administrative programsMust be familiar with all tactical facets of marketing: e-mail marketing, print publications, SEO, SEM, social media, webinars, and digital media buysProficiency with Microsoft Suite, including Excel, Google Docs, etc…Required experience in running advertising campaigns with youtube + LinkedIn + Twitter + Facebook.
