Hijaz Establishment for Scientific and Electronic Supplies is looking for a Senior Sales Representative Supervisor, provided that he possesses the following:
1) He/She is the person who is concerned with marketing and promoting the products and services provided by the company, with the aim of attracting the largest possible number of customers.
He/She is the person who represents the main link between the company and the customer,
Performs other office and routine tasks such as answering phone calls and emails in order to respond to customer inquiries.
2) Duties and Responsibilities of the Hijaz Sales Representative:
Selling products to customers and assisting them in providing products, services and goods that meet their needs and desires.
Regularly follow up on all products and services offered by the company.
Preparing special schedules to organize the dates of receiving requests from clients.
Focus sales efforts on studying the current and future volume of agents.
Keeping the management department informed of all sales movements and operations by preparing and submitting reports to them, such as phone call reports and weekly, monthly and annual work plans.
Monitoring the behavior of competing companies and studying the labor market by collecting information on the current market about prices, new products and marketing methods.
Suggesting the necessary modifications to the products and workflows.
Attracting new customers to the company and encouraging them to increase their work with the company.
Listening to customers’ complaints and dealing with them in order to achieve their satisfaction and provide them with appropriate solutions.
Promoting and marketing the company’s products and services in general and convincing customers of them.
3) Academic certificate:
Bachelor’sMaster’s in one of the following:
Chemistry
Chemical Engineering
4) Experience:
2+ years experience in sale of chemical analysis equipment such as: HPLC, GC, etc.
Skills
5) Personal and Job Skills:
The development of relationships with clients.
Marketing and promotion skills and the ability to convince the client that the company offers the best services and solutions to the client.
Tactics in dealing and style.
Skills of answering phones and emails, receiving calls and customer inquiries and dealing with them.
Possess a broad and comprehensive knowledge about analyzers such as: HPLC, GC..
