  • Achieve the sales target.
  • Contact potential customers timely to understand customer requirements and close sales to achieve the sales target.
  • Attend to the assigned showroom
  • Generate offline leads
  • Answer questions about products and services.
  • Coordinate with Operation, Customer Care, Product Management, Marketing and Projects teams when needed.
  • Enter and update customer information in the database timely.
  • Prepare quotations and negotiate with customers.
  • Register orders in an accurate manner.
  • Ensure on-time order delivery in coordination with Operation team
  • Handle customer grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.
  • Keep record of calls and sales and note useful information.
  • Process employee purchases from quoting to payment.
  • Initiate and maintain corporate deals.
  • Contribute to the tele-sales and corporate deals process improvement
  • Enter and update customer information in the database timely.
  • Making sure we honor our promises with customers
  • Coordinate with Sales, Operation, Customer Care, Product Management, Marketing and Projects teams when needed.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of Direct Sales.
  •   Participate in market scans
