Job Description:**Option:**
The organization seeks a meticulous and forward-thinking Sales Operations Specialist to provide comprehensive operational and data management support to the Sales Director. This individual will be integral in fostering seamless communication, optimizing task management, and ensuring the timely delivery of reports, thereby contributing significantly to the achievement of sales team objectives.

**Detailed Responsibilities:**
The Sales Operations Specialist will assist the Sales Director in structuring and prioritizing daily activities, meetings, and deadlines. Responsibilities include coordinating with the sales team to maintain alignment with established sales strategies and objectives. This role serves as a primary point of contact between the Sales Director, sales divisions, and other organizational departments, facilitating clear and prompt dissemination of sales updates, targets, and performance metrics throughout the organization. Furthermore, the incumbent will relay instructions, feedback, and decisions from the Sales Director to pertinent teams and review and distribute periodic sales reports encompassing performance indicators, market trends, and competitive analysis. Administrative duties include managing the Sales Director’s calendar, travel arrangements, and expense reports, requiring the discreet and professional handling of confidential information. The Sales Operations Specialist will also assist in resolving operational challenges and escalating critical issues to the Sales Director as required.
Skills:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience (4+ years) in a similar role, preferably within (FMCG) a fast-paced sales environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) with Analytical mindset.
