Job Description :

Responsible for payment plans assignment and exceptions modificationsResponsible for units reservations, filling out the reservation form, sending the necessary customer documents from the sales team and making the appropriate payment plan.Responsible for writing contracts, contracts annulments, as well as acknowledgments of assignment from one client to another, and signing the contract with the client to show the validity of the data and the integrity of the signature.Obtain Contracts approvals and needed signaturesResponsible for client’s contract deliveryResponsible for calculating the sales commission for all departments, whether (sales department – accounting department)Responsible for requesting shop drawings from the Engineering DepartmentResponsible for selecting and preparing the contract form for each clientResponsible for all documentations, filing, and administrative tasks related to the contracting

Job Requirements :
