Job Description:**Responsibilities include:**
Promoting and elucidating the advantages of on-port temperature-controlled storage units (refrigerated, frozen) to prospective clientele, encompassing exporters, importers, customs brokers, and logistics providers. Offering customized storage solutions tailored to individual client requirements. Cultivating and sustaining robust relationships with both current and potential clients. Guaranteeing consistent follow-up communication and maintaining superior levels of client satisfaction. Generating quotations, storage plans, and pricing proposals. Negotiating terms, pricing structures, and contractual agreements within established corporate guidelines. Achieving or surpassing predetermined monthly and annual sales targets. Submitting regular sales reports and conducting performance analyses. Collaborating with operations, customs clearance, and logistics departments to facilitate seamless execution of storage and handling services. Monitoring available storage capacity and providing periodic reports to management. Tracking competitive activity and relevant market trends. Recommending service enhancements and novel offerings based on prevailing market demands.
Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in Manufacturing, warehousing, or port operations.
- Strong understanding of export procedures.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in high-pressure, remote, or border zone environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
