Senior Safety Advisor

Job Description:**The successful candidate in this role will be expected to:**

* Monitor and enforce safety standards in compliance with KEO’s Health and Safety Management System and client requirements.
* Conduct facility inspections and report on conditions affecting daily operations.
* Monitor and track all facility-related activities.
* Provide FM technical support to maintenance teams.
* Review and inspect work areas to identify potential safety hazards.
* Ensure all personnel on site consistently adhere to safety protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment, hard hats, and protective footwear, and operate construction equipment in a safe manner, in accordance with KEO’s safety policies.
* Conduct daily project inspections to ensure compliance and, where necessary, recommend modifications.
* In the event of an emergency, determine and investigate the cause of the incident, prepare a comprehensive report, and provide recommendations to prevent recurrence.
* Develop and implement safety policies aimed at reducing accident-related costs.
* Regulate established policies, incorporating feedback from managers and workers.

**Qualifications:**

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of twelve years of relevant career experience and a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field. A NEBOSH International Diploma or equivalent, along with ISO-45001 Lead Auditor certification, is required. Experience working on school or building projects in the UAE will be considered an advantage.
