Primary Responsibilities

Reporting to the Deputy CEO, you will be responsible for client relationship management, client prospecting and growing assets under management as per agreed budget:

• Act as primary client contact and coordinate the organization’s interactions with the client as well as the interactions of all outside managers and other specialists, based on client directives

• Adjust client portfolios and offer new investment options as appropriate

• Build and maintain long term business relationships with clients

• Develop a book of business

• Discuss all aspects of the client’s financial needs and risk tolerance in an appropriate manner such that he or she can make an accurate and processional assessment of such needs and have the client complete the Investor Profile Questionnaire (IPQ)

• Ensure that all your KYC documents (internal and external) are provided, as well as all Anti-Money Laundering, and any regulatory requirements are full filled

• Monitor client investments to maintain conformity with his/her risk tolerance

• Review Policy & Procedure Manual on a quarterly basis

• Work with Assets Allocation Product Specialist (“AAPS”) to identify the risk tolerance of client and to create Investment Policy Statements (IPS)

Prospecting:

• Complete initial KYC check on leads

• Create and coordinate with RM assistant a complete database of leads

• Enter minutes of each client meeting into the CRM and note interest level of each prospect upon completion of meeting

• Gather information on leads, and systematically priorities lead according to their suitability and feasibility and ensure the accuracy of information

• Maintain a clear calendar of proposed travel and manage your travel schedule efficiently and effectively

• Maintain a list of prospects with a clear breakdown of their status

• Make follow up presentations to prospects who expressed interest

• Participate in the weekly RM team meeting

• Present the firm’s services and co-investment offerings to Prospects in a professional way

• Request bank statements, if applicable, from prospects

• Support the prospect complete the Investor Profile Questionnaire (IPQ)

• Update line management and the Investment Team (if an investment proposal was prepared) on regular basis on the progress of the relationship

Account opening:

• Assist client in completing Account opening documents

• Be responsible for driving the account opening process

• Follow up with client for any missing documents

• Present to the client the IPS for his/her signature

Managing client relations and communication:

• Ensure all documentation relating to the client’s investment portfolio is sent and signed by the client in the set-out time period

• Keep the Investment Team aware of any changes to client’s goals and investment objectives

• Maintain regular contact with the clients

• Present to client the quarterly portfolio updates

Knowledge Development :

• Attend all Investment Team market/product updates (PM calls, Global Investment team meetings, etc.)

• Capture competitor’s activities in the region when possible

• Ensure understanding of the product shelf and the different programs of the organization in order to be in a position to present the offering professionally to new and existing clients

• Monitor economic, geopolitical and market developments closely

Teamwork:

• Co-ordinate the client relationship management of certain clients with other RMs if necessary

• Enable new and junior RMs to expand the share of wallet of existing clients and develop new business by joining them in client meetings and coaching them

• Explore business opportunities with new and junior RMs and lead by example in terms of client relationship management

• Foster a strong client-focused culture

• Work closely with different departments of the company when needed
