Role Summary:
SAR is looking for a senior-level Recruitment Specialist to manage and oversee the complete cycle of the recruitment process.
An ideal candidate would come from recruiting mid to senior-level candidates for a reputable organization in Saudi Arabia.
Role Responsibilities:
- The role holder is responsible for managing the end-to-end process of recruitment by coordinating with relevant Divisions for identifying vacancies, ensuring the availability of updated job descriptions, developing, and communicating job postings to head-hunters, recruitment agencies, and others.
- The role holder is also responsible for undertaking all measures to ensure the availability of various channels of recruitment and a good-quality talent pool for SAR.
- Coordinates with stakeholders from all Divisions to collate any job vacancies identified by relevant stakeholders and initiates the recruitment process for the same
- Reviews the existing job descriptions to understand the requirements pertaining to skill set desired, qualification, nature of experience, etc. required for the vacant role
- Coordinates with headhunters and recruitment agencies to communicate job vacancies and ensure that all relevant details pertaining to the role, responsibilities, desired candidate profile, and qualification criteria are articulated
- Screens all received applications to filter out applications that do not meet qualification criteria and ensure that rejected candidates are informed
- Liaises with stakeholders from relevant Divisions and short-listed candidates to schedule interviews.
- Facilitates the selection procedure by providing requisite assistance to stakeholders and candidates involved.
- Participates in recruitment events (career days, forums, etc.) on a periodic basis to identify various channels of recruitment
- Contributes to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes at SAR and practices considering ‘international best practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction, and productivity improvement
- Assists in the preparation of timely and accurate reports of the Recruitment section to meet company and department requirements, policies, and standards

- A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience
