We’re looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager (EPC) to join major onshore brownfield LSTK Oil & Gas projects team in Saudi Arabia.

What You’ll Do
Lead project delivery from design through commissioning, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time performance.
Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
Drive performance to meet budget, schedule, and HSE excellence goals.
Provide clear direction, guidance, and motivation to multi-disciplinary teams.
Monitor scope, schedule, cost, and risks, addressing challenges proactively.
Collaborate across engineering, procurement, construction, and operations teams to meet milestones.
What We’re Looking For
15+ years of project management experience in Oil & Gas/Energy sectors.
Proven onshore brownfield EPC (LSTK) project delivery experience.
Recent (last 3 years) experience on Aramco or similar major Middle Eastern operator contracts.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Eligible for a Saudi work visa in line with local labor and immigration regulations.

Nice to Have

Professional certifications (PMP, APM, or equivalent).
Experience in change, contract, and risk management.
Arabic language skills.
Client-facing leadership experience.
