Senior Project Manager

Lead and manage all phases of Floating Production Storage and Offloading (FPSO) construction projects from inception to completion.
Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with project goals and client expectations.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to ensure seamless project execution.
Oversee the integration of various systems and components, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Stakeholder Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and subcontractors, maintaining robust relationships and ensuring effective communication.
Facilitate regular meetings and progress updates with stakeholders, addressing any concerns and implementing necessary adjustments to project plans.
Ensure client satisfaction by delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget, while maintaining high-quality standards.
Risk Management And Problem Solving
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and costs.
