Job Description

An individual with vast Project management experience in Oil and Gas domain covering both green field and Brown field projects.
The candidate must have outstanding capability of maintaining cordial working relation with Client (Include state run energy companies), engineering consultants, third party consultants and vendors the candidate must be conversant with Team management, Material management, time management, Project Risk assessment and Mitigations.
The project manager, is expected to have good knowledge in supply management in coordination with procurement department and Logistics.
Expected to have basic knowledge on multi disciplines such as Mechanical, Civil, E&I and process in an Oil and Gas upstream/Downstream Process flow.
Good knowledge on Process piping, Static equipment’s, Rotary equipment’s, E&I systems etc is highly desirable.
Past experience in Degassing stations, GOSPs, Gas processing plants, well head and Flow lines, Refineries, Petrochemicals, Offshore facilities etc shall be advantageous.
Basic knowledge on international engineering standards and codes such as IEC/IEEE/ASTM/ASME/API /Shell design Engineering Practices (DEP) etc.is desirable.
Good knowledge on Safety and engineering studies.

Skills

Minimum 15 years and shall have good communication, coordination and management skills.
Bachelor Degree in Engineering
Projects experience with major oil & gas industries in Qatar is preferred.
Good understanding in planning & scheduling of projects from Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning and Handover.
Experience in managing projects such as Gas processing plants, LPG Bottling plants is highly desirable.
