**Position Summary:** The organization seeks a seasoned Senior Product Owner possessing substantial expertise in project management principles and Scrum methodologies to spearhead the development and implementation of commercially viable products. This position encompasses the formulation of comprehensive business cases, meticulous management of project timelines, and the assurance of successful product delivery throughout the entire lifecycle, from conceptualization to execution. The optimal candidate will demonstrate strategic acumen, exceptional stakeholder management capabilities, and the aptitude to effectively drive the launch of novel products.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Formulate and present detailed business cases to justify new product initiatives.
* Define and prioritize product features, develop comprehensive roadmaps, and establish clear deliverables.
* Oversee the comprehensive project management of product launches, ensuring adherence to established protocols and timelines.
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to guarantee timely execution of projects within the stipulated timeframe.
* Serve as the Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies and ensuring consistent alignment with overarching business objectives.
* Conduct thorough market research and analyze emerging trends to facilitate the development of commercially viable and competitive products.
* Manage stakeholder expectations effectively and ensure seamless communication across all relevant teams and departments.
