**Job Summary**

We are seeking a Senior Product Growth Manager to join our client’s team and assume a critical role in spearheading comprehensive user growth initiatives across the entire lifecycle, encompassing acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue generation. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise in experimentation, product strategy, and data analysis to develop and implement impactful growth strategies. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, coupled with the ability to thrive in collaborative, cross-functional environments, are essential.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Develop comprehensive growth strategies and plans to enhance user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue streams.
* Identify target markets, select appropriate channels, and implement effective tactics to foster sustainable growth.
* Design and execute experiments, initiatives, and features from initial conception to launch, including conducting thorough analyses, benchmarking, formulating hypotheses and requirements, and collaborating closely with design and engineering teams to develop, launch, and iterate on initiatives.
* Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure alignment of growth initiatives with overarching business objectives.
* Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with business objectives, regularly monitor these KPIs, and adjust strategies accordingly.
* Analyze user acquisition, retention, and conversion data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement in the product or marketing funnel.
* Conduct in-depth data analysis utilizing SQL and develop models in Excel to evaluate the impact of strategies, growth levers, and forecast future growth.
* Manage and oversee the budget allocated for growth initiatives.
* Maintain continuous awareness of emerging growth tactics, tools, and industry benchmarks through ongoing research and learning.
* Provide leadership and mentorship to growth team members, fostering a culture of experimentation and data-driven decision-making.
* Prepare and present regular reports to company leadership on growth performance, insights, recommendations, and progress towards business objectives.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

* Possess a minimum of three years of experience in growth roles or as a growth Product Manager at a startup.
