Job Description :
Selling and handling outside Egypt Travel packages, Specially honeymooners’ packages (e.g. Thailand, Malaysia, Bali, Maldives & Europe)Arranging outbound packages including accommodation, flight tickets, visa, and sightseeing excursions.Provide customers with detailed vacation plans, either ready-made packages or customized packages upon customer’s requestMinimum experience 2 years in flight ticket system (Amadeus) reissue and refundAssist in updating company website packages RatesCorporate BenefitsA competitive basic salary and annual discretionary bonus scheme based on yearly performance in addition to monthly incentivesProgressive career advancement opportunities.1 day weekly off
Job Requirements :
Excellent in English language speaking and writing
Bachelor degree or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of Experience in the field of outbound tourism
Knowledge of key holiday and honeymoon destinations outside Egypt.
Very Good in Microsoft Outlook and Office programs.
Very good in ticketing via Amadeus aviation system
Awareness of ticketing via Galileo system is a plus
Excellent communication skills, excellent time management skills and excellent customer focus attitude.
