Senior Operations Specialist

Job Description :

Develop a strong sales pipeline in accordance with company strategyHandling all shipping – Clearance and Trucking Orders Handling and follow up with suppliers and clients  Preparing All Required Documents Handling all procedures regarding the shipments/bookings biased on the client requirement.Ensuring that all work orders are going in the correct path Utilizing logistics IT Programs to optimize work orders Coordinate logistics suppliers and internal staff According to availabilities and requirements Communicate with suppliers and customers to achieve profitable deals and to reach customer satisfaction Plan and track shipments Prepare accurate reports for upper management Handling door to door, EXW, DDU shipments.

Job Requirements :

Must have experience in logistics (freight forwarding or shipping lines)Bachelor Degree Fluent in English Excellent in Microsoft Office programs Excellent verbal and written communication skills High level of attention to detail Good communication, analytical and problem solving skills Years of experience: 3-5 years
