Qardy is the 1st online aggregator marketplace in Egypt & MENA region that connects MSMEs withfinancial institutions.We are searching for an organized self-starter to join our team as a Senior Marketing Executive, that willbe responsible for identifying opportunities and delivering effective strategies to generate results.Experienced in strategic marketing planning, branding, and product development. Lead our marketingcampaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal team. Responsibilities:Develop a marketing strategy that aligns with the Qardy’s overall business objectives to get the wordout about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front doorDeploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to executionCreate Qardy brand equity & thematic communication and designsExperiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, contentcuration, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generationcampaigns, copywriting, performance analysisProduce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our targetgroupsBuild strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendorsPrepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wiselyOversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and casestudiesMeasure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess againstgoalsAnalyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordinglyEnsure all business activities comply with the relevant acts, legal demands and ethical standards

Job Requirements :

BSc/MSc degree in Marketing or related field5+ years of demonstrable experience in Marketing or related field together with the potential andattitude required to learnKnowledge of principles, practices, and techniques of marketing strategiesKnowledge of the FinTech ecosystemExcellent presentation skillsProven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading acrosschannels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivateSolid knowledge of website analytics toolsUp-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurementNumerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processingfigures with spreadsheetsA sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communicationFluent in English and Arabic
