We are a startup in community and chatting business, the app is already published and served close to 100,000 users And raised pre-seed from two accelerators.We’re looking for a co-founder who is interested in building something great.If you live and breathe marketing with strong achievements, we want you, HERO.The ideal candidate will be a data-driven strategic thinker who possesses strong digital marketing skills in order to drive a solution from inception through delivery.IMPORTANTThis job fit for who interested to have shares in the company more than a basic salary.We will provide an attractive company stock shares + revenue shares until provide a very good salary.The company shares will be still active even with the salary in later stage.Main ResponsibilitiesCreating and developing marketing strategy and marketing plan.Responsible for all digital marketing activities (Planning, Executing, Analyzing, and reporting,..).Handel digital marketing campaigns, including web, paid search (CPC), affiliates, social media, SEO.Creative in leading growth and optimization of consumer awareness and BRANDINGUse different analytics tools to generate reports that provide feedback and suggest changes based on the data from the report.Research services strategies to identify new opportunities and identify trends to optimize spend and performance based on these insights.
