Job Description
1- Ensuring the integrity of import documentation
2-Timely preparation of import documentation for all air and/or sea shipment requirements
3- Preparing and maintaining a delivery schedule and communicate to all relevant departments
4- Track shipments across different channels.
5- Develop weekly tracking reports and outline/schedule for all open orders.
6- Comply with all Applicable Laws and regulations related to Health and Safety Rules
7- Maintaining a good relationship & interaction with team members and stakeholders, keeping company information private & confidential.
8- responsible for achieving the company`s objectives, and maintaining a professional and tidy appearance.
Skills
3-5 years of experience in the medical supplies field
