Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Legal Counsel provides legal advice to an organization and generally ensures that the company is operating in accordance with the existing legal requirements. He/she works together with the members of the legal team to protect the company’s legal affairs. Some of their duties include the preparation of legal documents, reviewing contracts, interpretation of state and federal laws, and policy formulation..
Skills
– Proven working experience as Legal Consultant or relevant role.
– 5-7 years of experience
– Outstanding knowledge of corporate laws, regulations, and the business environment.
– Professional use of Microsoft applications (MCS Office, MCS Teams, etc.).
– Presentable and mentally structured personality.
– Ability to solve problems.
– Strong leadership and organizational skills.
– Good communication and people skills.
– Strong writing and communication skills along with attention to detail.
-Excellent level of English & Arabic language
– Bachelor’s Degree in Law – English Section
