Senior Interior Designer

The role of the Senior Designer is to work with the Design Team to compile and lead creative and effective presentations of our projects. As a highly creative, collaborative, and resourceful team member, the Senior Designer has a self-motivated, positive and professional attitude towards clients and fellow co-workers. Requires specialized international experience in the design and construction of interior design and architectural projects. Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time.

Key Areas of Responsibilities: 

• Create and deliver complete design solutions for clients;
• Provide exceptional concept and detail design skills;
• Competent design documentation and development skills;
• Maintain positive client relationships;
• Manage projects, junior staff, and suppliers;
• Advise and maintain the project program as required;
• Lead a design team from briefing, space planning, concept, detail design, documentation, site and close-out process;
• Lead brief taking at the inception of the project;
• Prepare and present client pitches;
• Confident in Client presentation;
• Review and finalise all deliverables;

·        Project supervision both onsite and off, communicating with Clients & Contractors;
