Senior Graphic Designer

·      Overseeing all design projects, from conception to delivery

·      Responsible for conceptualization and implementation of design works that meet campaign strategies from concept to completion

·      Reviewing designs to ensure they meet company brand standards or reviewing marketing materials to ensure they are effective at promoting the company’s products or services

·      Project manage all design assignments, ensuring all work is produced on time 

·      Ensure all design work produced is compliant with the brand and meets the brand guidelines 

·      Ensure the design team promotes our brand through delivering high quality pieces on tight deadlines

·      Closely works with the Head of Marketing and other key members of the marketing team to align on all ongoing communications plans

·      Work on the branding and launch of sub brands and new projects within CZG 

·      Pitch ideas and campaigns to elevate the brand positioning and subsequently assist in generating more leads

·      Work closely with the development team to ensure landing pages are visually appealing with a proper UX/UI design

·      Establishing timelines for projects and managing the workflow to ensure that deadlines are met

·      Coordinating with external vendors for any media requirements of the group

·      Leading multimedia productions from set up to post-production

·      Overseeing the design QA process, as well as developing visual design brand guidelines and design templates for designers to use and adhere to

·      Maintain a high level of team engagement and motivation among the creative department
