We are currently seeking a highly experienced Developer possessing a robust background in both Power Platform development and Full Stack web technologies. The successful candidate will demonstrate in-depth knowledge of constructing scalable enterprise solutions utilizing Microsoft technologies, exceptional problem-solving capabilities, and leadership acumen to mentor junior team members and ensure superior project delivery. Please note that this position may necessitate occasional travel contingent upon project requirements.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Design and develop scalable front-end architectures and secure back-end applications.
* Develop Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven) and automate workflows utilizing Power Automate.
* Develop custom logic employing JavaScript, C#, and Power Fx.
* Lead end-to-end project execution, encompassing requirements gathering through deployment.
* Integrate REST APIs, custom connectors, and external systems (SharePoint, Azure, HR platforms).
* Customize and extend model-driven apps through the application of Ribbon Workbench and PCF controls.
* Collaborate with designers to implement responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
* Mentor junior developers and facilitate technical discussions.
* Manage Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) processes, DevOps pipelines, and Dataverse environment configurations.
* Develop and maintain unit tests, ensuring adherence to stringent code quality standards.
* Maintain current awareness of emerging trends within the Power Platform and modern web development landscapes.
