**Position:** Senior ERP System Specialist

**Purpose:**

The Senior ERP System Specialist is responsible for the effective implementation, optimization, and maintenance of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, while ensuring the stability and security of the organization’s IT infrastructure. This role supports business operations through comprehensive system integration, data management, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

**Responsibilities:**

**I. ERP System Management (Oracle Focus):**

* Oversee the implementation and configuration of ERP systems, ensuring alignment with defined business requirements.
* Manage the complete ERP system lifecycle, encompassing upgrades, patching, and security protocols.
* Develop customized solutions and facilitate integration of ERP systems with other applications and platforms.
* Lead the design, development, and implementation of ERP solutions tailored to specific business needs.
* Maintain data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with relevant industry standards.
* Conduct regular system audits and performance evaluations to optimize system efficiency.
* Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and first-line assistance to end-users.
* Train and mentor end-users and junior ERP specialists to ensure effective system utilization.
* Maintain current knowledge of emerging ERP features and industry trends, and recommend system improvements accordingly.
* Collaborate with internal teams, including IT, Finance, and other departments, to optimize ERP system performance and functionality.
* Prepare and deliver reports and analyses based on ERP data to ensure accurate reporting.
* Maintain comprehensive system documentation, including configurations, customizations, and user manuals.

**II. Business Process Analysis:**

* Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements, analyze business processes, and identify areas where ERP systems can enhance efficiency.
* Work with cross-functional teams to prioritize and manage ERP development projects in alignment with organizational objectives.

**III. IT Infrastructure Support:**

* Contribute to the planning, design, and configuration of IT infrastructure, with a focus on optimizing system stability and performance.
* Demonstrate proficiency in Azure cloud services and Office 365 administration.
* Configure and troubleshoot network components, including firewalls (FortiGate), routers, Cisco switches, and servers.
* Oversee Virtual Private Network (VPN) configurations (SSL, IPsec) and Voice over Internet Protocol (VOIP) systems.
* Manage local on-premise servers (vSphere ESXI, Hyper-V) to ensure robust server performance and uptime.
* Administer core IT services, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, Windows Server Update Services (WSUS), and other infrastructure components.
* Monitor infrastructure health and performance utilizing tools such as PRTG, proactively addressing any identified issues.
* Maintain and optimize backup strategies (Veeam) and network storage solutions (QNAP NAS).

**IV. System Administration:**

* Manage and administer SAP B1 ERP systems and facilitate their integration with other business applications.
* Oversee Microsoft 365 Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and Active Directory synchronization to ensure seamless communication across systems.

**V. Continuous Improvement & Compliance:**

* Ensure IT and ERP systems adhere to industry standards and maintain robust data security and compliance protocols.
* Support the organization’s ISO certification process, ensuring IT infrastructure and ERP systems meet the required standards.
* Drive the continuous improvement of ERP systems and IT infrastructure, recommending and implementing new technologies as appropriate.
* Ensure assets and IT documentation are meticulously maintained, including comprehensive tracking of changes and configurations.

**VI. Data Management & Reporting:**

* Manage ERP data input, processing, and output, ensuring data integrity throughout the system.
* Collaborate with internal teams to generate accurate and timely reports based on ERP data to support informed decision-making.
