**I. Purpose:**

The Senior ERP System Specialist is responsible for the effective implementation, optimization, and ongoing maintenance of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, while ensuring the stability, security, and optimal performance of the organization’s IT infrastructure. This role supports business operations through comprehensive system integration, meticulous data management, and a commitment to continuous process improvement.

**II. Duties and Responsibilities:**

**A. ERP System Management (Oracle Focus):**

1. Execute the implementation and configuration of ERP systems, ensuring precise alignment with documented business requirements.
2. Manage the complete ERP system lifecycle, encompassing upgrades, patch deployments, and rigorous security management protocols.
3. Develop custom solutions and facilitate seamless integration of ERP systems with other applications and platforms within the organization’s ecosystem.
4. Lead the design, development, and implementation of tailored ERP solutions to address specific and evolving business needs.
5. Maintain the integrity, accuracy, and compliance of ERP data with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements.
6. Conduct regular system audits and comprehensive performance evaluations to ensure optimal efficiency and resource utilization.
7. Provide expert technical support, troubleshooting assistance, and first-line resolution to end-users, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
8. Develop and deliver training programs for end-users and mentor junior ERP specialists, fostering effective system utilization and knowledge transfer.
9. Maintain current awareness of the latest ERP features, technological advancements, and industry trends to proactively recommend system enhancements and improvements.
10. Collaborate with internal teams, including IT, Finance, and other departments, to optimize ERP system performance and functionality across the organization.
11. Prepare and present detailed reports and insightful analyses derived from ERP data, ensuring accurate and informative reporting for decision-making processes.
12. Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date system documentation, including detailed configurations, customizations, and user manuals.

**B. Business Process Analysis:**

1. Collaborate with key stakeholders to define precise business requirements, conduct thorough process analysis, and identify opportunities for ERP systems to enhance operational efficiency.
2. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to prioritize and manage ERP development projects, ensuring alignment with overarching organizational objectives and strategic priorities.

**C. IT Infrastructure Support:**

1. Assist in the planning, design, and configuration of the IT infrastructure, with a specific focus on optimizing system stability, security, and overall performance.
2. Demonstrate proficiency with Azure cloud services and Office 365 administration.
3. Configure and troubleshoot network components, including firewalls (FortiGate), routers, Cisco switches, and servers, ensuring network integrity and security.
4. Oversee the configuration and maintenance of VPN (SSL, IPsec) configurations and VOIP systems, ensuring secure and reliable communication channels.
5. Manage local on-prem servers (vSphere ESXI, Hyper-V), ensuring robust server performance, optimal resource utilization, and minimal downtime.
6. Administer core IT services such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, WSUS, and other essential infrastructure components, ensuring seamless network operations.
7. Monitor infrastructure health and performance using specialized tools such as PRTG, proactively addressing potential issues and ensuring system stability.
8. Maintain and optimize backup strategies (Veeam) and network storage solutions (QNAP NAS), safeguarding critical data and ensuring business continuity.

**D. System Administration:**

1. Manage and administer SAP B1 ERP systems and facilitate seamless integration with other critical business applications.
2. Oversee MS365 Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and AD synchronization, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration across all systems.

**E. Continuous Improvement and Compliance:**

1. Ensure strict adherence of IT and ERP systems to relevant industry standards, maintaining robust data security protocols and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.
2. Actively participate in the organization’s ISO certification process, ensuring that IT infrastructure and ERP systems meet all required standards and documentation requirements.
3. Drive the continuous improvement of ERP systems and IT infrastructure, proactively recommending and implementing new technologies as deemed necessary to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
4. Ensure meticulous maintenance of assets and IT documentation, including accurate tracking of all changes, configurations, and system updates.

**F. Data Management and Reporting:**

1. Manage ERP data input, processing, and output with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring the highest levels of data integrity and accuracy.
2. Collaborate effectively with internal teams to generate accurate and timely reports based on ERP data, providing valuable insights to support informed decision-making processes.
