**Purpose:**

The Senior ERP System Specialist is responsible for the effective implementation, optimization, and maintenance of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, while ensuring the stability, security, and optimal performance of the organization’s Information Technology (IT) infrastructure. This role provides critical support to business operations through seamless system integration, robust data management practices, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

**Responsibilities:**

* **ERP System Management (Oracle Focus):**
* Implement and configure ERP systems in accordance with established business requirements.
* Manage the complete ERP system lifecycle, encompassing upgrades, patching, and security protocols.
* Develop customized solutions and integrate ERP systems with other applications and platforms.
* Lead the design, development, and deployment of ERP solutions tailored to meet specific business needs.
* Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
* Conduct regular system audits and performance evaluations to optimize efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
* Provide comprehensive technical support, troubleshooting, and first-line assistance to end-users.
* Train and mentor end-users and junior ERP specialists to promote effective system utilization.
* Maintain current knowledge of emerging ERP features and industry trends to recommend strategic enhancements.
* Collaborate with internal teams, including IT, finance, and other relevant departments, to optimize ERP system performance and functionality.
* Prepare and deliver accurate and insightful reports and analyses based on ERP data to support informed decision-making.
* Maintain comprehensive system documentation, including configurations, customizations, and user manuals.

* **Business Process Analysis:**
* Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements, analyze existing processes, and identify opportunities to leverage ERP systems for improved efficiency.
* Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to prioritize and manage ERP development projects that align with overarching organizational objectives.

* **IT Infrastructure Support:**
* Contribute to the planning, design, and configuration of IT infrastructure, with a focus on optimizing system stability and performance.
* Demonstrate familiarity with Azure cloud services and Office 365 administration.
* Configure and troubleshoot network components, including firewalls (FortiGate), routers, Cisco switches, and servers.
* Oversee Virtual Private Network (VPN) configurations (SSL, IPsec) and Voice over Internet Protocol (VOIP) systems.
* Manage local on-premise servers (vSphere ESXI, Hyper-V), ensuring robust server performance and uptime.
* Administer core IT services, such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, WSUS, and other essential infrastructure components.
* Monitor infrastructure health and performance using monitoring tools (e.g., PRTG), proactively addressing any identified issues.
* Maintain and optimize backup strategies (Veeam) and network storage solutions (QNAP NAS).

* **System Administration:**
* Manage and administer SAP B1 ERP systems and facilitate their integration with other business applications.
* Oversee Microsoft 365 Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and Active Directory synchronization to ensure seamless communication and collaboration across systems.

* **Continuous Improvement & Compliance:**
* Ensure IT and ERP systems adhere to relevant industry standards, data security protocols, and compliance requirements.
* Assist in the organization’s ISO certification process by ensuring IT infrastructure and ERP systems meet required standards.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives for ERP systems and IT infrastructure, recommending and implementing new technologies as appropriate.
* Ensure meticulous maintenance of assets and IT documentation, including accurate tracking of changes and configurations.

* **Data Management & Reporting:**
* Manage ERP data input, processing, and output, ensuring data integrity throughout the system.
* Collaborate with internal teams to generate accurate and timely reports based on ERP data to support effective decision-making processes.
