**Purpose:**

The Senior ERP System Specialist is responsible for the effective implementation, optimization, and maintenance of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, while ensuring the stability and security of the organization’s IT infrastructure. This role supports business operations through system integration, data management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

**Duties and Responsibilities:**

* **ERP System Management (Oracle Focus):**
* Implement and configure ERP systems in accordance with established business requirements.
* Manage the complete ERP system lifecycle, including upgrades, patching, and security protocols.
* Develop customized solutions and integrate the ERP system with other relevant applications and platforms.
* Lead the design, development, and deployment of tailored ERP solutions to meet specific business needs.
* Maintain data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
* Conduct routine system audits and performance evaluations to ensure optimal efficiency.
* Provide technical support, troubleshooting assistance, and first-line support to end-users.
* Train and mentor end-users and junior ERP specialists to ensure effective system utilization.
* Maintain current knowledge of emerging ERP features and industry trends to recommend system enhancements.
* Collaborate with internal teams, including IT and Finance, to optimize ERP system performance and functionality.
* Generate and deliver reports and analyses based on ERP data to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
* Maintain comprehensive system documentation, encompassing configurations, customizations, and user manuals.

* **Business Process Analysis:**
* Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements, analyze business processes, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency through ERP system utilization.
* Work with cross-functional teams to prioritize and manage ERP development projects that align with organizational objectives.

* **IT Infrastructure Support:**
* Assist in the planning, design, and configuration of IT infrastructure, with a focus on optimizing system stability and performance.
* Administer Azure cloud services and Office 365.
* Configure and troubleshoot network components, including firewalls (FortiGate), routers, Cisco switches, and servers.
* Oversee VPN (SSL, IPsec) configurations and VOIP systems.
* Manage local on-prem servers (vSphere ESXI, Hyper-V), ensuring robust server performance and uptime.
* Administer core IT services, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, WSUS, and other infrastructure components.
* Monitor infrastructure health and performance using tools such as PRTG, proactively addressing potential issues.
* Maintain and optimize backup strategies (Veeam) and network storage solutions (QNAP NAS).

* **System Administration:**
* Manage and administer SAP B1 ERP systems and integrate them with other business applications.
* Oversee MS365 Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and AD synchronization, ensuring seamless communication across systems.

* **Continuous Improvement and Compliance:**
* Ensure IT and ERP systems adhere to industry standards and maintain data security and compliance requirements.
* Assist in the organization’s ISO certification process, ensuring IT infrastructure and ERP systems meet the required standards.
* Drive the continuous improvement of ERP systems and IT infrastructure, recommending and implementing new technologies as needed.
* Ensure assets and IT documentation are well-maintained, including proper tracking of changes and configurations.

* **Data Management and Reporting:**
* Manage ERP data input, processing, and output, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
* Collaborate with internal teams to generate accurate and timely reports based on ERP data for informed decision-making.
