The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

* Developing social media platform strategies aligned with the overarching marketing strategy.
* Developing, implementing, and managing activities across multiple social media platforms.
* Creating and executing Facebook Ad campaigns, encompassing planning, objective definition, budgeting, and ad format selection, as well as managing campaigns across platforms including YouTube, Twitter, Snapchat, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
* Creating engaging social media content in alignment with the marketing plan.
* Establishing and optimizing company pages on each platform to enhance the visibility of the organization’s social content.
* Maintaining a current awareness of social media trends and best practices.
* Establishing specific, measurable objectives and providing reports on return on investment (ROI).
* Monitoring search engine optimization (SEO) and web traffic metrics.
* Conducting research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.
* Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
* Developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive marketing campaigns to promote the company and its products and/or services.
* Enhancing brand awareness within the digital space, driving website traffic, and acquiring leads/customers.
* Evaluating competitors’ digital marketing strategies.
* Leading, monitoring, and collaborating with marketing team members to ensure exceptional performance.
* Collaborating with other corporate departments to execute the marketing plan effectively.
* Participating in offline campaigns as directed by senior marketing leadership.
