The incumbent is responsible for the following duties:

* Meeting established conversion rate targets for leads generated through the company’s digital marketing channels.
* Achieving the designated success rate for planned digital marketing campaigns.
* Generating the projected customer traffic across all digital channels.
* Ensuring a high degree of client recognition by associating projects with their respective names.
* Submitting all reports accurately and punctually to the direct supervisor.
* Developing and adhering to budgetary guidelines.
* Initiating and optimizing lead-generation campaigns across various channels, including email, push notifications, SMS, and social media platforms.
* Providing backend support for websites and social media platforms, and ensuring timely action by external agencies.
* Analyzing market trends and recommending modifications to marketing and business development strategies based on data analysis and feedback.
* Developing digital marketing and branding objectives.
* Creating and managing social media and Google campaigns, including content creation, management, and analytics, internally and/or through external agencies.
* Maintaining prompt content management on the company website, adhering to content strategy best practices.
* Designing and implementing email campaigns, identifying target audiences, and driving lead generation.
* Developing strategies to enhance online traffic to the company website, employing various techniques such as paid search, SEO, and PPC.
* Planning and executing all web, SEO/SEM, and display advertising campaigns.
* Establishing and maintaining communication channels with Customer Service and Sales teams to provide updates on new campaigns.
