Job Description:**Senior Corporate Sales Executive Job Description**
**Job Summary**
The Senior Corporate Sales Executive is responsible for the strategic management and expansion of PAROS Hospitality’s portfolio of high-value corporate clients and major business-to-business (B2B) accounts. This critical role encompasses the development and execution of sophisticated sales strategies designed to secure corporate accommodation, meeting, and event bookings, thereby significantly contributing to the financial success of PAROS Hospitality. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proactive relationship-building skills and a documented history of consistently meeting and exceeding ambitious sales targets within the hotel industry.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Strategic Sales & Business Development**
* Identify and prospect new corporate accounts, travel agencies, and business segments to expand PAROS Hospitality’s client base and secure new business opportunities.
* Develop and implement comprehensive corporate sales strategies and action plans to achieve and surpass individual and property-wide revenue goals for guest rooms, events, and other hotel services.
* Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and initial pitch to contract negotiation and closure of high-value corporate deals, including Request for Proposal (RFP) accounts.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, competitive positioning, and opportunities for strategic growth.
* Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that clearly articulate the unique value proposition and service offerings of PAROS Hospitality.
**Account & Relationship Management**
* Cultivate and maintain robust, long-term relationships with key corporate clients and high-level decision-makers to foster client loyalty and secure repeat business.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for managed corporate accounts, addressing client needs, resolving inquiries, and coordinating with hotel operations to ensure exceptional service delivery.
* Negotiate and finalize corporate contracts, rates, and terms, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that maximize hotel profitability.
* Proactively up-sell and cross-sell all hotel facilities and services, including event spaces, dining options, and premium accommodation packages, to optimize overall revenue generation from each account.
**Reporting & Collaboration**
* Prepare accurate sales forecasts, production reports, and sales activity reports for senior management, utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software (e.g., Salesforce) to track leads, account progress, and performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
* Collaborate closely with the Revenue Management team to align pricing strategies, inventory availability, and sales efforts with overall business objectives.
* Work collaboratively with the Marketing and Operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and to develop targeted promotional campaigns for the corporate market.
* Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions as a representative of PAROS Hospitality to maintain visibility and generate new leads.
