Lead the creation, production, and editing of high-quality photographic, video, and reel content for all Urban Loom platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, website). Provide creative direction by conceptualizing and executing campaign ideas that align with collections, product launches, and brand vision. Manage and mentor a small content creation team, including photographers, videographers, models, and stylists, for photoshoots and campaigns. Conduct trend research to identify and implement relevant formats, audio, and narrative techniques that resonate with the brand’s target demographic. Collaborate closely with the fashion design team to style products for photoshoots, ensuring they appeal to the target audience. Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar in conjunction with the Social Media Specialist. Ensure brand consistency by maintaining Urban Loom’s established tone, quality, and aesthetic across all content. Provide real-time on-site coverage of behind-the-scenes content, events, pop-up shops, and influencer collaborations.
